We just wanted data in terms of the usage of the feature. To be fair, this is for the usage of the feature on the VS side of things, and I was originally going to put it on the VS side, but then I was told that we could also get it for the VS Code side of things by putting it here. |

I didn't think VS even had a way to customize this? How does that work? |

The IIS Express dropdown menu has a “browse with” option where you can set what chrome cmd line switches you want to pass to the browser. You can also save the start up configuration for future use.
