Summary

The documentation for aws-sdk-go has already been added to this PR (#69) , but I can't find any documentation for aws-sdk-go-v2. So it's would be better to add it.

Goals

• Add document how to use aws-sdk-for-go-v2 with MinIO server

Additional Context

In this comment(#348 (comment)), the cookbook documentation is planed to deprecate. So I'm not sure if this document should be added as cookbook.
