This will give us the option not to translate select options yet it will still translate the prompt. Why? I often use options which are not translatable (eg. project names, users, etc.) and I get a lot of issues from kdyby/translation which can shadow real issues I need to fix.
This will help me clear out error log to focus on just issues I need.
