Describe the bug

I can upload a file in the webbrowser with more than 63 characters in the filename. This file is then shown correct in opencloud.
But if I try to edit the filename I get the errormessage: "The name cannot be longer than 63 characters"
This restriction is not mentioned in doc-file so it might be a bug.
I also could not find a place in the docs where this restriction is mentioned, nor if I can change the value.

Steps to reproduce

1. open demo
2. upload via drag n drop a longer (63 Character) named file into system
3. click edit and make some changes

Expected behavior

Restrict the filename length only to the running filesystem-restrictions and give a better errormessage with info for the reasons and a link to a place in the documentation to further deal with it or change it.
