just replicated the issue on Ubuntu Gnome by temporarily modifying fether-react/src/assets/sass/layouts/_wrapper.scss by giving .window_content a shorter height and changing it to overflow: scroll. then I applied the changes in this branch and found it now allows the user to use the scroll bar.
