It makes sense to not add additional CTE flags to stable versions if they were not present yet, but I don't think it makes sense to remove them from a stable version even if they were added by mistake. Edit: ignore this reply, see below |

This was accidentally added in phpGH-7780, but since it takes a callable argument, this flag is useless on this function. Closes phpGH-10859.
