Overview

This is a humanitarian chatbot created using Dialogflow, a natural language processing platform. The chatbot is designed to provide information and assistance related to humanitarian crises, such as disaster relief, support, and general information. It aims to engage users in informative conversations and offer help during times of crisis.

  • Google Cloud account for deployment (if necessary).
  • Knowledge of natural language processing and intent creation.

Installation

  1. Create a Dialogflow agent in the Dialogflow console.
  2. Define intents for the chatbot, including general information, crisis-specific information, support, safety instructions, and news updates.
  3. Configure fulfillment and webhooks to provide dynamic responses.
  4. Train and test the chatbot in the Dialogflow console.

Usage

  • Users can interact with the chatbot through various platforms, including websites, messaging apps, and voice assistants.
  • The chatbot can be integrated with web and mobile applications to provide support during crises.
