So we have confidence that all errors occurring in the app are visible to devs

Requirements

• Read through sentry's nextjs guide
• Update sentry config to make sure we are not missing any error handlers recommended

Acceptance Criteria

• Should catch error causing crash when sidebar loads where community permission has null user and/or member id
