Create space for more buttons by combining those relating to the viewer thumbnail, grid, scalebar and location (which are rarely changed) under a MenuButton.
This should make the 'help' visible with screen width of 1280 - since it's more useful than the preferences

With the latest commit, more useful commands are added to the menu button - as well as more icons.
