Keen for feedback on the wisdom of this, or if it is likely to cause us encoding woes more than it helps.

Inspired by #1998 but I'm not sure of anywhere else in the UI where it would be relevant (and we previously used log10 here, so the change is only to Log₁₀).

We used `Math.log10` internally, but still scaled the y axis using `Math.log` applied to the highest count.
