This pull request effectively ports the remaining Train v1 unit tests to the v2 framework, covering data integration, GPU utilities, and backend logic. A significant amount of obsolete code has been cleaned up, including the tune_cifar_torch_pbt_example and various mlperf and horovod test configurations. The migration of Tune examples for Keras and LightGBM to v2 APIs is also a welcome improvement. Overall, the changes are well-structured and align with the goal of completing the Train v2 migration. I've identified one minor issue in a newly added test assertion that should be addressed.
