General Settings	Keyboard Shortcuts

All shortcuts can be changed in Preferences → Shortcuts.

1. Download Magnetism.zip from the latest release
2. Unzip and drag Magnetism.app to your Applications folder
3. Open it — macOS will warn you because the app isn't signed. To open:
   • Right-click (or Control-click) the app → Open → click Open in the dialog
   • Or: System Settings → Privacy & Security → scroll down and click Open Anyway
4. Grant Accessibility permission when prompted (required to move windows)

Requires Xcode 16+ and XcodeGen:

The built app will be in ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/Magnetism-*/Build/Products/Release/Magnetism.app.

The app is not notarized (no $99/year Apple Developer account). macOS will block it unless you bypass Gatekeeper:

• macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later
• Accessibility permission (prompted on first launch)

• Swift 6 (AppKit + SwiftUI)

• No App Sandbox (required for Accessibility API)
