Describe the bug
A port that has been assigned is being rediscovered in a subsequent Docker discovery as unclaimed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Edit a Docker host
2. Go to Servives
3. Make sure all services have unique assigned interface/port combo
4. Run Docker discovery on host
5. View the Services tab again

Expected behavior
A previously assigned port should not be rediscovered, and should not be Unclaimed, by definition

Screenshots
portainer-agent has been assigned bridge port 9001

Discovery re-discovers it as Unclaimed

As you can see, this is happening with several other services (each a Docker container on the same Docker host)

Environment:

• Scanopy server & daemon version (v0.13.0, but has been present in v0.12.8+)
• Host: [Docker container on Proxmox LXC]
• OS: [Alpine]
• Browser [safari]
• Version []
