I miss the following properties in the JobPosting and in related items:

1. possible application options e.g. via email, post, LinkedIn etc.
2. URL for the online application form, where candidates can enter their data
3. contact Person(s) for further information regarding the job posting e.g. the recruiter and his ID and the line manager (something like contact point for persons)
4. something like an experience level e.g. Professional, Student, Experienced etc.
5. an introductory text describing the Organization (also missing in Organization itself) and its products or services
6. a property (Text) referring to the part of the description describing what the Organization offers for this particular position (don't mean incentiveCompensation or jobBenefits)
7. workload with min and max percentage values
8. language the JobPosting is written
9. a position level referring to a simple employee or someone with managerial responsibility or director
10. a start date for the position
11. an area of studies
12. employment duration: permanent, temporary or to a period of time, which is supposed to be covered with employmentType
13. Organization: the business unit or segment, where the position belongs to
14. Organization: the facility, where the position belongs to
    15: Organization: the subdepartment, where the position belongs to

And I have the following issues:

• PostalAddress: addressCountry refers to the whole name as well as to the two-letter code. What if I want to have both?
• What about e.g. internship positions? Can they also be described with JobPosting?
