e.g. SearchRescueOrganization

This is a proposal from Google, as we would like to explore the use of schema.org feeds to make contact information (especially phone numbers) of search/rescue organizations easier to identify as such.

There are potentially a range of subtyping distinctions that could additionally be made (e.g. see SAR Contacts glossary, https://sarcontacts.info/glossary/ ) but this could be explored later, or represented via an additional property of each SearchRescueOrganization.
