CreativeWork.expires value is DATE only - should allow for both Date and DateTime #3137
Description
If you say it expires on July 15, is it invalid on July 15 or valid until EOD July 15th
Issuers of CreativeWorks should be able to specify a time of day when the item is no longer valid for clarities sake.
Also, with the datetime you can specify the timezone which may also hold relevancy to international expiry.
