Provides three properties for job requirements relating to citizenship, physical abilities, sensory abilities and security clearance. See #2384 , still discussing citizenshiprequirements

…lities, sensory abilities and security clearance, issue 2384; with examples

@philbarker could you provide a snippet of text/html for the docs/releases.html entry? ideally in the PR

@danbri sure. Something like
<li id="g2384"><a href="proxy.php?url=https://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/issues/2384">Issue 2384</a>: Adds three properties to <a href="proxy.php?url=/JobPosting">JobPosting</a> for requirements relating to <a href="proxy.php?url=/physicalRequirement">physical abilities</a>, <a href="proxy.php?url=/sensoryRequirement">sensory abilities</a> and <a href="proxy.php?url=/securityClearanceRequirement">security clearance</a>.</li>

Do you want it adding to docs/releases? If so it's not clear where, there's no line for version 6. Or is it better somewhere else?

I have updated info for docs/releases (above) to match updated pull request.
