This adds:
/refundType/restockingFee/returnFees/returnMethod/returnShippingFeesAmountto properties which can be overridden by the seasonal override.
Also update .gitignore with common python enviroment ignores from https://github.com/github/gitignore/blob/main/Python.gitignore
