Fixes in SdoTerm library

  • Includes are now done using absolute paths with the standard code.
  • use class references to access class objects.
  • Moved various cache and lock structures in the SdoTerm source file.
  • removed unused includes.
  • added necessary includes in buildfiles
  • fix formatting with ruff
