Issue Summary

When going into Authorization -> Permissions the permissions are simply listed without any sort of sorting.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create multiple permissions
2. See that they are not sorted

Expected behavior

I would expect the permissions to be at least sorted by name or to have them split into different groups in a similar way the Authorization -> Roles -> SomeRole -> Permissions for role overview works

At minimum I would want everything named account.v1.AccountService... to be below each other and the same with the rest and best sorted by alphabet.
