Update Docker setup with LTS Node version, define environment variables and services in docker-compose, and configure web application Dockerfile with multi-stage builds.
I'm not 100% sure if this meets the apps setup but at least it shows the components needed to run this app. It might need some improvements.
I'll create a separate build PR.
