This PR adds
endpointDescriptionon the basis of the discussion found in #10: that the current approach would have necessitated the use of "whitelists" of human- and machine-readableencodingFormats by data consumers to distinguish between them, which would have entailed unnecessary complexity and maintenance.The changes proposed by this PR can be seen rendered in https://openactive.io/rfcs/rfc0001.html
