What this does

• Modifies .gitlab-ci.yml to clone the member-repository and use it for next js content files.
• Removes content/member.json and content/alumni.json.

Why

• This commit introduces a new .gitlab-ci.yml file to automate the build and deployment process for the project using GitLab CI/CD and to use resources intelligently.
• Allows triggering of the pipeline either by pushing directly to this repo or member-repository
