Can we put a small chamfer / angle on the side with the ethernet connection (and the HDMI too) and slide in the Pi at 45 degrees (towards the corner of the tray), so the HDMI connection sits flush, just as the ethernet one? A groove for the Pi and Sangaboard pcbs could make room for that
In the second pic, I took wire cutters to the plastic and opened up the slot to fit the entire cable and it started working. The other port is relatively untouched, so I have a direct comparison
