Summary

Add gcp_service_account_key token type for three-step rotation of GCP service account keys
Uses google-auth as an optional dependency in a new gcp pyproject extra
Operator create/destroy authenticates via Application Default Credentials (ADC)
CI update/validate authenticates with the SA key itself (needs roles/iam.serviceAccountViewer on itself)
Calls the GCP IAM REST API directly via cki_lib.session (no gcloud CLI dependency)

Changes

cki_tools/credentials/gcp_tokens.py: new token class with _create_token, _destroy_token, _update_token, _validate_token
cki_tools/credentials/all_tokens.py: conditional import (graceful ImportError skip when google-auth not installed)
pyproject.toml: new gcp optional-dependency extra
tox.ini: add gcp to test extras
builds/cki-tools.in: add gcp to container image extras
documentation/README.cki_tools.credentials.md: document the new token type, meta fields, and required IAM roles
tests/credentials/test_gcp_tokens.py: unit tests with mocked IAM API responses

Test plan

Unit tests pass (tox -etest)
Lint passes (tox -elint)
Container image builds with google-auth included
Manual create/destroy with real GCP SA and ADC
CI update/validate with SA key from Vault
