Summary

The recipe recipes-devtools/gnu-efi/gnu-efi_latest.bb fails during do_prepare_build because the patch 0001-ARM32-Split-headers-and-code.patch is already incorporated into the upstream Debian gnu-efi source package that is fetched at build time. The patch tool reports it can be reverse-applied, meaning the changes are already present in the source tree, causing all hunks to fail.

This was reported upstream to meta-iot2050 at: https://github.com/siemens/meta-iot2050/issues/653 where the maintainers confirmed the fix needs to happen in isar-cip-core.
