@abologna per the check_tickets CI job failures, either the JIRA will need the fix version set to 10.2, or we'll need to create the rhel-10.2 branch in dist-git (and the JIRA fix version probably needs to be set to 10.3 in that case).

@tpelka any idea why the desktop-qe.desktop-ci.tier1-gating.functional CI job is failing?

FWIW, upstream commit b0cc1f5eb84ce017370ca29a8740220b496e9dd4 fixes the flakiness of this test.
