Only small note I have is that we should make sure that we consider accessibility, I'm not sure about the accessibility of hiding required form fields.

@efergen I'm reviewing epics as part of Q2 planning, and I had a question about the origin of this one. Do we have data or user feedback that suggests that users are overwhelmed by the form in this step?

@erhan.dsilva To evaluate the experience and capture all the screens, I would suggest utilizing the user journeys Figma template (specifically the micro-level one). That way we can better capture the insights and opportunities for each step of the process, and we can link to issues we create to address them.
