I cannot reproduce this issue in the latest version, if this is still an issue you can reopen this issue and include the html markup as well.

I'm going to go ahead and close this issue, if you feel this is still an issue please reopen with an explanation of why.

While I do believe vulnerabilities are important to address I do not believe it is the place for this project for enforce the versions in the end users project.

Additionally, the schemas validated by ajv is not under end user control¹ so I do not believe this project is affected but if a working poc could demonstrate how I'd gladly take a look at it and that could be a good reason as to why the minimum version should be increased.

1. a plugin developer may extend both rule and metadata schemas, so technically this could be an entrypoint this issue, whenever that falls into "user" I'm not so sure about. ↩
