Heya! Would be great if I could include eclint as part of our pre-commit.

This would just require a .pre-commit-hooks.yaml from what I gather.

Also worth noting:

new in 3.0.0: pre-commit will bootstrap go if it is not present. language: golang also now supports language_version

Hopefully this would make it easier to create one
