Changes :
Updated each dependency to its latest one and added target and compile SDK version to support Android 12 which supports Material You with dynamic colors, added changes to .gitlab-ci.yml file to make it compatible with our gradle upgrade and java upgrade which is now jdk-19.

The base url, the app currently using is the old backend which has been changed. It should be changed to make sure the app works
