Confessionals requests: audio player, listen in background, download, playlists, favorite episodes. They use castos, soundcloud, youtube, vimeo, squarespace, memberspace, buildfire (current app).

Goal

Stop loading screens from bottlenecking users from using fishtank. This impacts traffic and revenue. It is urgent and not a Minds stack issue, but tech support for Fishtank stack.

What needs to be done

Here's the issue:

• At a certain point users are getting stuck on the loading screen and sockets can't connect
• Fixes after refreshing randomly
• Only happens on prod, not staging
• We noticed a lot of 401s, user's JWT expiring
• Are we refreshing tokens or anything in the OIDC process that could cause any weirdness?
• Last season mark fixed a very similar seeming issue described here
