Like the name. I renamed the agent in https://gitlab.com/explore/ai-catalog/agents/1004583/ to Pipeline Builder

Renamed to pipeline_builder.md ✅

We will be collating the best practices as mentioned by Manu in comment !221852 (comment 3166144003) that will be then fed to the LLM in consumable format (non-html).

We may rename it to pipeline_builder probably. So I can raise another MR with the reference change?

In gitlab-org/gitlab!221852 we renamed the reference to be ai_pipeline_builder. I assume we need to change it here too right? We have a few agents that we built to test various prompt combinations.

I hope there is no regression on production because of the name change? 🤔
