@rkolosovskiy @bastirehm @phikai pointed me towards &20654 which has a lot of overlap with what we're doing here. Are you aware of this effort? We may be able to split the MR stuff out and work with Kai's team to do this work in parallell. At the very least, we should make sure we don't both do the same thing in two different ways
