Tavish Pegram opened merge request !59: WIP: Refactoring towards multi dependency structure at rvp / rvp

Goal of this PR is to eventually split all of the components into their own separate libs that we can compose into any number of "app" modules.

So far, I've only just (sloppily) lifted the core of organizations and campaigns into core-organization and core-campaign libraries.

There is some additional conversation in discord about this, but the main reasons to do this are

It's good practice and cool
It will give us more room to intelligently configure builds to speed things up
It enforces good boundaries in code
It's cool.
