To my current understanding, the telgram call stack consists of:

libtgowt
libtgvoip
tgcalls

Building these is pretty straight forward in Ubuntu 22.10, because all dependencies are available in a compatible version (see !449).

This MR tries provide 20.04 based build configs. The struggle is with building the dependencies of the three libs.

abseil (does not cross compile because of https://github.com/abseil/abseil-cpp/issues/1241)
vpx: 1.8 in 20.04, bu 1.10 required. Building from sources failed with Fatal error: invalid -march= option: armv7-a for armhf.

step to reproduce:

Put your device in flight-mode: phone still receive calls, received sms are lost. Expected behavior: We shouldn't be able to receive call, and sms are not acknowledged so that provider can retry after reconnection.

Trying to build webrtc per https://github.com/desktop-app/lib_webrtc, which is used by Telegram Desktop and comes with a CMake config. At the same time it depends on basically everything in https://github.com/desktop-app and needs mimicking of the CMake setup of https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop. I started to add those, but still missing lots of dependencies for building webrtc.

Mir won't open the trackpad device as it's most probably in an already opened device group. Putting it into its own device group fixes enumeration of the trackpad.
