What

Add multi-region replication evidence to backup evidence report

  • Add snapshot storage location column to GCP snapshots table
  • Add GCS bucket configuration section after WAL-G evidence
  • Query bucket metadata (storage class, location, location type) via GCS API
  • Update restore references from daily to weekly (twice-weekly Mon/Thu)

Why

Will better satisfy the evidence requests that we need to provide our auditors.
