We offer two types of engagement—Onboarding Packages for new customers and Consultant Packages for existing customers navigating change. All of Teleport Implementation Services are provided pursuant to, and governed by, Teleport's Professional Services Terms and Conditions.

Onboarding Packages

Designed to help new customers complete their initial rollout and realize value quickly, onboarding packages guide you through architecture planning, cluster setup, resource connections, advanced configuration, and production readiness. Engagements are led by Teleport deployment experts and ensure best practices from day one, with options that scale from essential onboarding to fully customized, extended engagements, and resident engineer services.
