Hack HSV is Alabama's first high school hackathon: a 12-hour coding marathon where you will collaborate with friends to solve a space-themed problem
Schedule:
8:00am - Hackathon Begins
9:00am - Opening Ceremony / Sachin Tyler, Matt Brooks and Carlos Gomez Speak
9:30am - Hackathon Begins
11:30am - Students should have a problem to solve and a plan for proposed solution
12:00pm-ish - Lunch is served / Joe Barnes Speaks
3:00pm - Soccer and Ultimate Frisbee games
6:00pm - Dinner is served / Speaker
8:00pm - Code Freeze
8:30pm - Project Submissions Due on DevPost and github / Judging Begins
9:45pm - Winners Announced
Eligibility
Students 13-18 from any part of the world is eligible to join!
Requirements
Students are able to program in any language they know, on any platform. This can span from C++, to Swift, to even Scratch. Using this, you will be creating a solution to a problem, which will be announced at the competition, that has to do with space. You will be submitting the final products here on Devpost where judges and students will be able to see your awesome creations!
