Dates

You must check in at the building to participate on the first day of the hackathon. All projects must be submitted and presented by a specific time, so please make sure to meet the deadline to ensure your project is eligible for judging and it must be presented to the judges at a specific timeframe.

Eligibility

Anyone aged 13 to 19 as of March 29th, 2025 is eligible to participate in the Hackathon. Teams can consist of up to 4 members.

Project and Submission Requirements

Any software or hardware product developed within the specified time frame is eligible. You must include a demo video (up to 5 minutes) showcasing your project, along with completing the Devpost project page.

Projects that are plagiarized or not completed within the given timeframe will be disqualified. We reserve the right to make the final decision on the selection of winners. USE OF AI IS PERMITTED BUT CANNOT BE FULLY COPIED FROM AI. Cross submissions are NOT allowed. Resubmission and prior work are NOT allowed.

Intellectual Property

All projects will be displayed publicly on devpost. We may use the public information you submit about your project for future promotional purposes. Additionally, we may feature your project on our website to highlight past winners. Participants retain full ownership of their projects.

Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to create a respectful and supportive enviornment.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and could result in disqualification.

To ensure fairness of all projects parents are prohibited beyond entry point of the venue.

Prizes

Judges will determine the winners by totaling the points based on the publicly available rubric.
