Codeify is a student-led non-profit organization whose goal is to create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to code! With Hackify, a virtual hackathon, any highschool student is allowed to participate and try to build a project. Whether you have just learned to code or are an experienced coder, Hackify is for you!
At Hackify, we aim to engage and empower students of all backgrounds and experience by providing a friendly environment. The main theme of Hackify is Social Good. Participants are expected to create projects that can benefit the society, but they are not restricted to this. With just one weekend’s effort, we are excited to see what everyone can create!

Requirements
Submission Timing: Projects must be submitted within the allotted time.
Source Code Sharing: If creating a program, link your GitHub for source code sharing.
Video Demo: Each team must submit a video demonstrating their project and answering:
What inspired this project?
What does the project accomplish?
What challenges were faced?
Work Period: Work on the project should be done during the hackathon. Basic setup like installing IDEs is allowed, but pre-building the project isn't.
Team Rules: Work only with your team, without external help. All work must be original and not plagiarized.
Tools and Resources: Using “builder” IDEs (e.g., Wix) is okay but must be mentioned in your video. Declare any used libraries and APIs in your submission.
Compliance: Failure to follow these rules will lead to disqualification.

Functionality
Programs will be judged by how functional they are, any bugs hindering the program, organization, and overall flow -
Design
How well the program is designed, the techniques, algorithms and functions that make the program amazing! -
Creativity/Originality
The creativity of the idea, functions and aspects used. Plagiarism is an automatic disqualification. -
Communication
How well the hackathon video and display of the program was communicated
