Eligibility
- Open to participants that have pre-registered through the FormSG link
- Teams must consist of 2 - 5 members, of which at least one member must be a pharmacist, have received, or actively receiving a professional pharmacist qualification (e.g. BSc Pharmacy, BPharm, MPharm, PharmD)
- Individual sign-ups would not accepted and individual submissions would not be considered for judging
Participation Requirements
- All projects must be built during the hackathon period
- Teams may be penalised if there is any evidence that projects are built outside of hackathon period.
- This includes any previous hackathon submissions or projects from other programmes.
Submission Requirements
- All teams must prepare a video pitch up to 5 minutes in length, hosted using Youtube (you should set the visibility to either 'Public' or 'Unlisted'). The link to the video pitch must be uploaded to Devpost by 24 August 2025, 10:00PM (SGT).
- Video pitches submissions will be published on the Project Gallery after Demo Day. Teams are responsible for ensuring their pitches do not contain confidential or privileged information. Should there be more than 20 submissions, the organisers will shortlist the top 20 based on the video pitches and notify shortlisted teams by 27 August 2025, 8:00pm (SGT).
- If shortlisted, at least 2 team members must be present on 30 August 2025 for the Demo Day pitch, and on 28 September 2025 for the Grand Finals pitch.
- Teams whom have not shortlisted but still proceed to submit a project anyway would not be considered for judging.
Prizes, Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
- Partner Prizes (Access to the Singapore Biodesign Prototyping Fund, Greenlane to Incubation Panel at Block71, Cogniss 6 Months Extended Support) may be subject to further assessment and conditions by our respective partners. These prizes are not available to non-residents of Singapore.

Unacceptable Behavior
Harassment in any form will not be tolerated, including but not limited to:
- Offensive comments, verbal abuse, or discriminatory jokes
- Sexual language, imagery, or unwelcome advances (online or in-person)
- Intimidation, stalking, or deliberate disruption (e.g., during pitches or workshops)
- Inappropriate physical contact or invasion of personal space
- Advocating for or encouraging harassment
This applies to all event spaces, including:
- Hackathon venue, workshops, and demo sessions
- Social events (e.g., networking sessions, after-parties)
- Online platforms (Discord, Slack, social media, email)
Enforcement & Reporting
Violations may result in:
