HackTheBreak is a student-run hackathon organized by the BCIT Computing Club that brings together post-secondary students for a weekend of building, learning, and collaboration. Designed by students, for students, the event invites participants of all experience levels to form teams and create innovative software projects within a limited time frame. HackTheBreak emphasizes hands-on learning, creativity, and community, giving students the opportunity to experiment with new technologies, meet other developers, and showcase their ideas in a supportive and energetic environment.
