تضع المملكة العربية السعودية خدمة ضيوف الرحمن وتيسير أدائهم للنسك ورفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة لهم ضمن أولوياتها، لذلك جاءت مبادرة هاكاثون الحج التقني (حجاثون 2022) من معهد خادم الحرمين الشريفين لأبحاث الحج والعمرة لخلق حلول تقنية، إبداعية لتعزيز جودة الخدمات وإثراء تجربة ضيوف الرحمن وتحفيز البنية التحتية الرقمية لقطاع الحج والعمرة.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia places serving the pilgrims, facilitating their performance of rituals, and raising the efficiency of the services provided to them among its priorities. Therefore, the Hajj Technological Hackathon initiative (Hajjathon 2022) came from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research to create technical, creative solutions to enhance the quality of services, enrich the experience of pilgrims, and stimulate the digital infrastructure of the Hajj and Umrah sector.
