Hello Viktorija,
Whenever you revoke a license of a resource, all the information linked to that resource will still be available in the application, no data is lost.
Whenever a resource is no longer in your company, your revoke their license and archive their profile (you do not delete, your archive their profile). All the data (allocations, timesheet, expenses, etc) before the revoke of the license and archive date will still be available for reports, all the data from the future (future allocations) will be removed from the profile.

Hi, I’d like to understand what happens with expenses of the user who’s license is revoked. If we revoke access of users who left the company are we still able to see the expenses they submitted? We need this for tax reporting purposes.

We are having licenses for team members using elapseit. We would like to take the data in order to create external dashboards to monitor specific kpi’s about the planning of the entire organization. Could you provide us the access to the public API, please?

I’m using the iOS app to add expenses but since my locale is Italy, the keyboard that pops up for the amount features the comma character (Italian delimitator for decimals) and the input validation does not pass because it expects a dot character as a separator. Therefore I’m not able to actually use the expense functionality from the iOS app whenever I have an expense with decimal digits.

We are having licenses for team members using elapseit. We would like to look for integrate elapseit into our internal system. So, accessing to API of elapseit is one way doing so. If you are having better advice then please let us know.

In brief, please provide us access to public API of this product.

Hi. Are Elapseit planning on making a mobile app for submitting expenses/timesheets using these public APIs?
