Step 1: Access the Analytics Page
Use the left side panel and select Analytics.
Step 2: Select Knowledge Base
Select the drop down in the top right corner.
Choose your Knowledge Base from the list.
Step 3: Set Date Range
Use the Date range dropdown to select your desired date range to search.
Step 4: Review Main Stats
View the total articles, total Doc views, and average views per doc on the main dashboard.
Step 5: Analyze Adjusted Stats
Hover over the adjusted stats to compare each date's performance.
Step 6: Use Performance Filters
Below the main stats, you can find the Doc Performance Filter.
Navigate and filter docs based on their performance.
Also, use the Search Performance Filter to filter your search results.
