TL;DR
Click your Workspace name and navigate to Settings.
Create and import your Intercom Knowledge Base.
Let's Do It Together!
1. Access Settings
Click your Workspace name in the top left.
Then click Settings.

2. Go to Integrations
In the settings, find the Features section.
Click Integrations.

3. Connect Intercom
Click Connect on Intercom, then click Next.
Provide your API key for Intercom.
You will be prompted to retrieve your API key from Intercom.

4. Retrieve API Key
Go to your Intercom Developer Hub in settings.
Under Authentication, find your API key.
Copy the API key to use in Instant Docs.
5. Verify API Key
Click Copy to Clipboard under your workspace's name.
Head back to Instant Docs and paste your API key.
Click Verify.
Look for a green check mark indicating successful verification.

6. Open Integration Settings
Click Next to proceed.
Click Settings to open your integration settings.

7. Upload Intercom Data
Hover over Knowledge Bases and click the + icon.
Name your new Knowledge Base, edit the visibility, and select Import from external platforms.
Click Create.

8. Import Data
Select Intercom, then click Next.
Select the files you want to import, then click Import.
Monitor import progress and click Done when finished.

9. View Imported Knowledge Base
Once importing is complete, you'll see your new Knowledge Base.
Expand to view all uploaded files.
