Getting Started with Integrations

Integrate and import your Knowledge Base content to InstantDocs.

TL;DR

Access Integrations
Go to Workspace > Settings > Integrations.

Connect Zendesk
Click Connect, enter API info, and verify.

Create Knowledge Base
Create a new Knowledge Base and select Import.

Import Knowledge Base
Expand fields and click Import to finish.

Manage Knowledge Base
Manage your imported Knowledge Base as needed.

Let's Do It Together!

Step 1: Access Integrations

  1. Click the Workspace button at the top left corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Choose Integrations.

You will see a list of available integrations.

Step 2: Connect Zendesk

  1. Click Connect on the Zendesk integration.

  2. Select Next.

  3. Enter your API information.

  4. Hit Verify.

Your API will be verified successfully with a green check mark.

Step 3: Complete Import

  1. Click the Back button in the top left corner.

  2. Hover over Knowledge Bases and click the plus icon.

  3. Name your Knowledge Base, check the Import button, and click Create.

  4. Select the Zendesk integration and hit Next.

  5. Expand the drop-down fields to see available content.

  6. Click the Import button.

Your Knowledge Base will be created and populated with imported content.

Step 4: Manage Your Content

  1. Your Knowledge Base content is now fully imported into Instant Docs.

  2. Expand your Knowledge Base to manage your existing content as needed.
