Project and Submission Requirements

Theme/Problem Statement: Participants must address one of the provided themes or problem statements. Projects should aim to solve real-world issues or innovate in a specific domain.

Technology Stack: Participants can use any technology stack, programming language, or platform, but must declare all tools used during submission.

Originality: Projects must be original and created during the hackathon period. Pre-existing projects will be disqualified.

Team Size: Teams can consist of 1 - 4 members. Participants can also compete individually.

Project Presentation:

  • Codebase: Submit your code via GitHub or a similar platform. Ensure your repository is public and includes a README file.
  • Demo Video: Submit a video (maximum 2 minutes) demonstrating your project’s functionality and explaining how it addresses the problem statement.
  • Presentation Deck: A slide deck summarizing the project’s goals, technology used, and future scope.

Deadline: All submissions must be completed and submitted by November 17. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Impact and Relevance

Is the problem clearly defined and significant? How effectively does the solution tackle this problem? What is the potential impact on the community, country, or even globally?

Innovation and Creativity

Is the solution innovative and creative? Does it use technology in a novel way? How does it stand out from existing solutions?

Feasibility and Implementation

Is the solution technically feasible? Does the team have a clear and realistic implementation plan? What are the chances of successful deployment and sustainability?
