In the Netherlands, no lifting certificate is required for cranes with a capacity up to 10 tonne-metres. Without a lifting certificate, you can operate the Hoeflon C1e, C4e, C6e and C10e. To operate the Hoeflon C30e, you will need a mobile crane operator certificate (TCVT W4-01).
